xDesk

The basics

What is xDesk?

A desktop app for Windows and Mac where six AI bots hold a trading-desk meeting every round: Jupiter scans, Luna checks the news, Clark plans entry and exit, Mars checks the risk, the Skeptic argues the other side and Vega makes the call. Your house rules are then enforced in code.

Is it financial advice? Will it make money?

No, and there are no promises. xDesk is software that runs your rules with AI analysis. Markets are risky, AI can be wrong, and you can lose money. Start in Demo and Paper, and read the risk disclosure.

What do I need?

A Windows 10 or 11 PC, or a Mac on macOS 12 or newer, and an xDesk account (email or Google). Demo needs nothing else.

For Paper or Market: a broker account on the desk you trade (practice accounts are free at most brokers) or a Solana wallet for memecoins. The AI is included in your plan as monthly tokens: you don’t need an AI account or keys.

Which markets and brokers?

FX & Commodities (currency pairs, gold, silver, oil) on OANDA, TradeLocker or Capital.com. US stocks on Alpaca, long and short with bracket orders. Crypto on Alpaca (spot) or Bybit (USDT perpetuals, long and short at 1x, with the stop held by Bybit). Solana memecoins from wallets you create in xDesk, after rug and sell-back checks.

Each desk has its own Settings page with its brokers at the top. Switch desks from the title bar.

Is there a phone app?

Yes, with Basic, Pro and Max. In xDesk on your PC, open Settings → Phone and scan the QR code with your phone. It opens xDesk in your phone’s browser; add it to your Home Screen to use it like an app, with notifications. It shows positions, strategies, P&L, rounds and alerts, and can close positions, pause or close strategies and pause rounds. It never opens or approves a trade, and it works while xDesk is open on your PC.

Is there a Mac version?

Yes, for Apple Silicon and Intel Macs on macOS 12 or newer. The beta isn’t notarized by Apple yet, so macOS asks once before the first start; the Mac guide shows how.

Trading and safety

Does it place trades on its own?

Only if you let it. By default an approved trade waits for you to click Place. Placing trades on their own is a setting, with a separate switch for real money.

What stops a bad trade?

Three layers. Mars sizes the trade and can fail it. The Skeptic argues against it and Vega has to answer. Then code checks your house rules (risk per trade, position size, open positions, no late entries) and rejects anything that breaks one. Where the broker allows it, the stop and target are sent with the order and held at the broker.

What are Grid, DCA and News?

Strategies on the FX & Commodities desk that run in code every few seconds, without AI tokens. A Grid buys at each line on the way down and sells one line higher; a DCA buys in steps and sells all at one target; a News trade is opened by Luna when a release lands, with a fixed stop and target. Luna also watches the economic calendar and asks before a big release what to do with open trades.

How are memecoin wallets kept?

You can create up to five Solana wallets in Settings → Memecoins and pick the one that trades. Each private key is shown once for you to save, then kept encrypted on your computer. Removing a wallet needs a code sent to your email.

Where are my broker keys kept?

On your computer, encrypted by your operating system’s key store (Windows) or keychain (Mac). Memecoin wallet keys and FX broker logins never leave it. Alpaca and Bybit keys and Telegram details also sync, encrypted, to your other PC through your account; xDesk Cloud (Max) keeps the logins you link to it, encrypted, until you turn it off. Give xDesk trading rights only, never withdrawals.

What happens to open trades if my plan ends?

xDesk goes back to Demo, so it stops managing Paper and Market trades. Orders already at your broker, including stops and targets, stay there. Manage them at your broker, or renew and carry on.

AI tokens

What are tokens?

The bots’ thinking and searching is paid in xDesk tokens. Basic includes 7,990 a month, Pro 20,000 and Max 40,000. Demo uses free practice tokens you can refill from the title bar.

How far do they go?

That depends on how often rounds run and how many names the desk looks at. The app shows tokens per bot and per round, and a daily budget pauses automatic rounds when it’s reached. Grid, DCA and News strategies use none.

What if I run out?

Automatic rounds pause until your allowance renews. Top up any time with 5,000 to 50,000 tokens ($5 to $50); top-ups never expire.

Plans and paying with USDT

How do I upgrade?

In xDesk, click the plan badge in the title bar. Choose Basic, Pro or Max, monthly or yearly, and a network, then send the exact USDT amount shown to the address or QR code. Details on the pricing page.

Which networks and coins are accepted?

USDT only, on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) or Tron (TRC20). Send it on the network you chose in the app. Other coins, or USDT on another network, will not arrive.

Why such an odd amount, like 20.0347 USDT?

The last digits are unique to your payment. That is how xDesk knows the payment is yours. Send the amount exactly, in one transaction.

How long until my plan is active?

About a minute once your wallet sends it. xDesk waits for the network’s confirmations, checks the transfer once more, then switches your plan on and emails a receipt. You can close the window meanwhile; it finishes on its own.

I sent the wrong amount or used the wrong network.

A payment that doesn’t match is not credited automatically. Keep the transaction hash from your wallet and contact us so we can look it up.

Does it renew automatically?

No. A monthly payment covers 30 days, a yearly one 12 months, with up to 21% off. You get a reminder before the end; paying early adds the time on top.

Can I gift a plan?

Yes. Buy a plan or tokens for a friend by their xDesk ID. They get a notification and redeem it in the app, and you get 5% of the price back as tokens.

Can I use my plan on two computers?

Yes: sign in to the same account on up to two computers, Windows or Mac. To move to a new one, sign out on the old one first.
